Stayed here with my family, everything was perfect. It was incredibly comfortable and perfect in a great area.

The location was brilliant, our trip was fantastic! It was located in a great area just off the train station as well as city centre, local dining and shops, We stayed 2 nights; would use them next time.

The apartment had stunning city views, which made me feel like I was living in a penthouse suite. The free private parking and WiFi were such luxuries, I almost felt like a celebrity. And the cherry on top? A casino right at my fingertips.

Oh, and who doesn't love a little noise pollution? It truly added to the authentic city experience.

Comfortable Stay for Family ☺️

Stayed with my family and we really liked this place. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was convenient. We didn't want to leave - definitely would book here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairytale 2 Bedroom Apartment in the heart of the city. The apartment was not only clean and spacious but also had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for my teenagers who love to cook. The added touches of Disney-themed plates and cutlery were a delightful surprise. Additionally, having a parking spot in a busy city was a huge advantage. I highly recommend this apartment for a cozy and convenient home away from home.

Although the apartment was great, there were a couple of drawbacks. The elevator sometimes wasn't working, which was a bit inconvenient, especially when I had to bring a buggy and small children up to the 4th floor.

Doorbell rang at 1am repeatedly.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect! Right in the heart of Birmingham, I felt like I was in the center of all the action. It was like being in the middle of a bustling fairytale market, where everything was within reach.

We booked the Fairytale Apartment in the city center for a girls trip away and it was absolutely perfect! the Disney theme throughout the property delighted our 8 and 9-year-old girls. the apartment was clean, warm, and had spacious bathrooms for each of us. Our host, Emily, was incredibly helpful and the communication was excellent. We would definitely love to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with fantastic city views. The kitchen was equipped with a fridge, making it easy to store our snacks and drinks. Free private parking and WiFi were a great bonus. We felt like we hit the jackpot with this apartment!

Elevator not reliable at times.

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and clean facilities. The location was great, with shops nearby and easy access to explore the city. The best part was the thoughtful provision of building blocks for our child, which kept them entertained during our stay and was a nice touch.

The elevator was not working at times, especially because we were on the 4th floor with a buggy and small children. Another negative aspect was the doorbell being rang at 1am three times, without an option to silence it.

The city views from the apartment were stunning, and it also had a casino, adding a touch of entertainment to our stay. We were pleased to find that the apartment had a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, allowing us to prepare our own meals. Emily, our host, was very accommodating and even left us some delicious chocolate as a welcoming gesture. the apartment was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family of four. We also appreciated the easy key collection process and the fact that there was a fob for the car park gate. the location was ideal, just a short walk from New Street train station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. we loved our stay and would definitely choose this apartment again if we return to the city. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 😊.
